This is my favourite film poster because i think it is similar to the groups one, with the forest style and the dark colours used. I think it is clever how they have used the mushrooms and the moon to create the skull effect. this shows that they have given a clue to what the film is about but without giving too much away which is what my group were trying to go for. they have placed the title of the film straight under the main picture which is where we places ours so it catches the audiences attention. They have placed there caption right under the title and have used a much smaller print so it doesnt stand out as much but is still compared. Smaller print is used for all the legal requirments, this poster seems to go down in size of importance which i think was a clever move. at the top they have included actors names and used white writing so they stand out on the black background. the colours scheme of this poster is clever because everything stands out and they have thought very carefully about where they are placing there titles ect.

This film poster is set out very differently from the first one as they have the pictures of the protagonists. the main picture is of the woman, her body language and facial expressions gives it away that she is scared. from looking at this picture it gives quite alot away about what is happening and the audience can tell that people are after her. in our group we didn't want to give too much away so we didnt use this influence. however we did like the fact that the figure in the background were in black and that is where we got our sillouete idea from. the title is in the middle of the poster again, most companies seem to think that this is a good place to put it. the colour of the title is red which symbolises blood while other writing is white. the caption is in very small writing above the title which is unusual because it is not much bigger then the small print, however the difference is, is that the small print seems to have been faded. they have a critic's view in big bold white letters right at the top to show the audience what others have rated it in stars this should then attract the audience more.
